Job Description
Job Title : Spanish Language Specialist
Skillset : Language Proficiency – C1 level Spanish language
Other Skills – Stakeholder management, Enterprise business functions and process understanding, collaboration and communication skills, understanding strategic priorities
Experience Range: 2-3 years (freshers are welcome)
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : Graduate/Post-graduate in any field (language specialization would be an advantage)
Masters or equivalent in Spanish (language Certifications (DELE, SIELE) preferred)
Job Details:
• Understand customer requirement and cater to their needs keeping in mind the cultural differences
• Translate documents from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Create content eg. Demo videos, User manuals, FAQs, to help the customer adopt TCS applications.
• Converse with the users in Spanish and resolve their queries.
• Understand the strategic priorities and business context
• Engage and collaborate with all the stakeholders of the Program
• Understand the cultural nuances and promote a culturally consonant solution
• Find opportunity to leverage the latest industry and technology trends (eg. using CAT tools etc.)
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral):
Must have:
• Very good command over Spanish Language – C1 and above (Latin
American) and a very good understanding of the culture.
• Must be able to speak Spanish fluently with stakeholders from multiple
countries in Latin America.
• Good collaboration and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Result oriented mindset
• Understanding of enterprise business functions and processes
• Understanding of business contexts and cultural aspects
• Understanding of basic technological aspects
Good to have:
• Knowledge on software development, Agile
• Experience of working in a customer environment
